Because our products are customized, and created specifically for rhinestone application, all sales are considered final. We do not offer standard returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness matters to us. If there’s an issue with your order, we review refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis and will always do our best to make things right when something goes wrong on our end.

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
